BOOKINGS AND TREATMENT ADVICE

APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments are always necessary and can be made by telephoning or by email. At times the therapists may be busy with clients and so an answer phone service has been provided.  Please leave your name, telephone number and your request after the tone. Your call is important to us and it will be returned as quickly as possible.

TREATMENT TIMES:

Treatment times are approximate and are dependant on individual client needs.

PROPERTY:

We regret that we are unable to take responsibility for any lost or stolen items on the premises and so we respectfully ask you to keep your personal possessions with you at all times.

If you are pregnant please inform your therapist immediately, as some of the treatments may be unsuitable.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:

For your safety please inform your therapist of any medical conditions which could effect the treatment.

CHILDREN:

We regret that we are unable to take responsibility of any children on the premises.

MOBILE PHONES:

We respectfully request that all mobile phones be switched off during your visit to the salon.

PAYMENT:

All treatments must be paid for either in advance or after the treatment as we are unable to offer credit facilities.

CANCELLATION FEE:

Appointments that have been made have been reserved especially for you with one of your therapists. We request that you give us 24hrs notification of any cancellation or a half price fee will be applicable.

These make a very pleasant gift at any time of the year. They are valid for 6 months and may be purchased for a chosen amount or any of the treatments listed.

RETAIL PRODUCTS:

To compliment our treatments we stock the following retail products to enable you to continue your home-care regime. Jessica, St Tropez, Absolute Aroma Essential Oils and Australian Tea Tree.

In order to maintain our high standards of service, we reserve the right to change or modify or discontinue any treatment without prior notice.
